found this article. It describes that PCs are used for browsing government
websites and services, and they will try to develop the mobile version. Utah is
one of the states which got A grade in the Digital States Survey 2014.
According to the article, they are developing mobile-friendly web service
because they have large young population who are familiar with mobile. In addition,
Americans access the Internet by mobile rather than PC. Now, the main devices
for using the Internet are smartphones and tablet. Public sector will develop
their mobile service in the near future.
