I am Milind here. I am a civil service officer from India, pursuing EMPA course at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University. Technology is playing a role of enabler to cut across boundaries, caste, creed barriers. It has empowered the common man to have guaranteed access to her/his rights. Social Media is acting as a catalyst to boost up the aspiration of the public. It depends on us, the administrators sitting on the other side how quickly we respond to them.
