  1. How we know we are heading towards a right direction with all powerful techs on hand?
    Or,
how I know I am heading towards somewhere better to the majority ( not just think naturally enough to be good)?

  2. Well, it's a good question. I believe that the transition costs are low enough that it is relatively easy to switch from one tool to another in case the majority of your friends or contacts are moving on - say from MySpace to Facebook. At some point, it is too costly to stay on one platform, because you are no longer integrated in the information flow. Basically: You want to join the party that everyone wants to go to. No one wants to be the first or the last person at a party, right?

  3. The dynamic of acknowledging and transfering to a new social media platform would be interesting. It deserves more study, or there is alrealy some research but I don't know.
